These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking of the "Build Your AI Brain in 14 Days" challenge via the website aibrainchallenge.mariakreutzer.de between Maria Kreutzer and the booking person ("Participant"). Deviating terms proposed by the Participant are not recognized unless Maria Kreutzer expressly agrees to them in writing.

Build Your AI Brain in 14 Days is a 14-day online challenge (Founding Cohort: September 14–27, 2026) and includes:
Build Your AI Brain in 14 Days is an educational and implementation offering for the independent application of AI tools in one's own business. It does not replace individual legal, tax, or technical advice and does not guarantee any specific business outcome. Success depends on the Participant's active involvement.
The contract is formed once the Participant has paid the price in full via the payment provider Stripe. Upon completion of payment, participation in the challenge is binding.
The price is as stated on the website at the time of booking (including any applicable statutory taxes) and is payable in full via Stripe at the time of booking. The terms of use of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. also apply.
The Live Kick-off Session and the Live Q&A take place at the fixed dates stated on the website. Individual rescheduling of these dates for individual Participants is not possible. If a Participant is unable to attend one of the two live calls, a recording will be made available afterward so that no content is lost. The daily email lessons remain permanently accessible to the Participant and can be worked through at their own pace.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If the challenge (Live Kick-off Session or dispatch of the first daily lesson) begins before this 14-day period has elapsed, the Participant expressly requests, at the time of booking, that performance begin before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the Participant withdraws within the 14-day withdrawal period after the challenge has begun but before the 14 days are fully completed, they must pay a proportionate amount for the daily lessons already provided; the remaining amount will be refunded. The basis for calculation is the number of daily lessons already sent at the time of withdrawal, in relation to the 14 lessons in total.
Once the challenge (14 days) has been fully completed, or once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Both parties treat content from the community and the live calls as confidential. Maria Kreutzer will not disclose information from the challenge to third parties without the Participant's consent, unless required to do so by law.
The content provided as part of the challenge (including daily lessons, AI Skills and templates, and recordings) is intended exclusively for the Participant's own use. Forwarding, publishing, or selling this content to third parties is not permitted.
Maria Kreutzer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, she is liable only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. No specific guarantee of results is given.
Maria Kreutzer may amend these Terms & Conditions with effect for the future. For bookings already made, the version of the Terms & Conditions valid at the time of booking applies.
Portuguese law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the Participant is a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Amadora, Portugal.
